On revisite la "maison arabe" dessinée selon les plans d'un riad, avec sa fontaine centrale, l'ensemble des bâtiments qui entoure le jardin luxuriant, endroit de recueillement et d'évasion dans un décor enchanteur.

Une longue galerie arabo-contemporaine fait office de hall d'entrée, distribuant les différents salons marocains et restaurants, avec son mobilier raffinée, ses ornementations, tissus et motifs revisités version contemporaine, et de magnifiques lanternes et chandeliers qui diffusent une lumière douce et tamisée...

Les 125 chambres et 49 suites possèdent toutes une terrasse aménagée avec une vue sur la mer et un large panorama sur la baie d'Agadir et les vestiges de son ancienne kasbah.
